Guarda is a great multicurrency wallet which allows you to manage, exchange, buy cryptocurrency fast but also stake it! It has a great developers and support team behind it also.
It is available as a Web wallet, Desktop wallet (Windows, Mac, Ubuntu) , Mobile wallet (iOS / Android), Shielded wallet and Chrome extension.
Shielded wallet is available for Android and made specially for private Zcash ZEC storing exchange and transactions.
Guarda wallet supports leading cryptocurrencies Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano and thousands of other coins and tokens.
For this Guarda Wallet review I am going to open new wallet on my Mobile android device for a start.
Guarda Wallet Fast Transactions
I use mostly Guarda mobile wallet to transact fast, mostly as medium between exchanges and websites where I have to pay in cryptocurrency. I never got any of my transactions stuck as fees are always well optimized.
Guarda Wallet Exchange
You are able to exchange multiple assets very fast, including Ethereum tokens and Binance pegged ones.

Guarda Mobile Wallet Security Features
Your Guarda wallet will log out every time you open some other tab or app (or exit it of course) so you’ll have to enter a password to unlock it. In the Security Center tab you can delay this to 30 seconds.
The Fingerprint Authentication is also a neat feature to keep your your wallet safe.
Guarda web wallet also has a Ledger Nano S hardware wallet integration, we’ll come to that soon.
Guarda Staking!
Using Guarda you are able to stake Cardano (ADA), ETH, EOS, ATOM, ONE, XTZ, NOW, CLO, TRX, NEO, ONT, KMD.
You even have staking calculator on Guarda website (which should be used only as an estimate of course, cause cryptocurrency prices change and so does the protocols and rewards pools/validators receive)
Staking is currently available on a Guarda Desktop and Web Wallet versions so let’s head over to a Web Wallet.
Guarda Web Wallet
You can create a new Guarda web wallet.
But since I already have one on my mobile device I’m going to restore it in web wallet with my backup file and password. Heading over to Guarda mobile device – Settings – Backups – Export as file.
Don’t I already have a backup file? Yes but afraid it will only restore my original wallet not the one with the transactions I now made Maybe I’m wrong but this is from my experience with similar wallets.
I uploaded my txt backup file and password.
Great my funds are there!
I can now stake Cardano (ADA) I have in a wallet (we included Guarda in our best Cardano wallets article) despite not being made by guys from Cardano community.
